When I received the order the rod the handle was attached to was bent in and when I tried to straighten it the rod cracked rendering it useless, please send a replacement or issue a refund
Ordered three of the longer ones and received the short ones
On two separate occasions I watched a commercial extolling a 44 inc Grabber and I got suckered into the shop now button at the bottom and ordered three of the longer teachers. In both case I received all three shorter versions, NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I Already had seven of the shorter versions. I now have thirteen of the shorter version I am pissed

Not as nice as I thought it would be. It doesn’t lock in place. Doesn’t seem sturdy.
It's just what I needed as the short one I have is just a little bit short for a lot of things, and my 30 inch one is hard to carry in my wheel chair, not only that but it is just long enough to reach the floor when I'm in my wheelchair. Also it is at that awkward length where to reach an item that has fallen on the floor the armrest blocks the view of it. These 43 inchers are long enough for me to see past that. It also folds up to a nice size to carry. The price for the 2 pack is very fair for one that is built so heavy duty. Sorry this is so long, but the shipping 🚢 was very fast.
I’m wheelchair bound and use it all the time, to pick up stuff to, helping me change. I’ve been through 3or4 in the last 6 mths appreciate the durability
